Our Philosophy
We believe that we must first be good people in order to be good lawyers. We choose to act as positive forces in the world — to try to make changes for the better. We have a low tolerance for what we perceive as unfair, and we vigorously pursue our clients' causes.
We strive for professional excellence as a matter of personal pride and also because we must be skilled to win cases for our clients.
We strive for professional integrity and personal honor in the way we conduct our practice. We do our best to provide excellent representation to each and every client of our firm, whether the matter entrusted to us is large or small or the client rich or poor. Justice is our goal.
Our Locations, Hours and Fees
Our normal hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. One of our offices is located in Websters Springs. We also maintain a Flatwoods office in Sutton, adjacent to I-79. Depending upon your circumstances, we can also meet you in other West Virginia towns. If you are unable to travel at all due to a disability or injury, we can arrange to visit you in your home or local hospital. We also see clients regularly at other locations around the state including Summersville, Clarksburg, and Morgantown.
For personal injury cases such as motor vehicle accidents, we charge no legal fees unless we win your case. The same is true for all Social Security Disability Insurance, Supplemental Security Income and denied disability claims.
Set up a free initial consultation with one of our West Virginia disability benefits attorneys by calling VanNostrand & Morton, PLLC, 304-847-2773 or toll free at 866-576-7153. You can also send us an e-mail. We respond to all messages as soon as possible.
