A permanent conference site is located in the law office of Linda Garrett Dyer *, 708 Professional Park Drive in Summersville, WV just off Route 19 opposite Merchant's Walk Shopping Center.

Additional Staff

The Van Nostrand & Morton, PLLC staff are dedicated to the excellent care of our clients. We are grateful for a wonderful team of experienced people.

Office managers are Carol and Cheryl, who have each been with the firm for more than a decade. Carol manages the Social Security part of the practice, while Cheryl manages the civil and criminal parts.

Charlotte, who retired from her full time position with the firm, still assists on a part-time basis by interviewing new clients in Webster Springs and Summersville.

Carla and Jan are case managers.

Samatha is the bookkeeper. Marie is the receptionist and jack of all trades in Webster Springs.

Rose is the manager/case manager of the Flatwoods office, capably assisted by Nancy.
